About CCRP

Clinical Claims Resolution Process (CCRP), a workstream initiative proposed by the Multilateral Healthcare Insurance Committee (MHIC), is a voluntary claims resolution process that provides insurers, doctors, medical institutions and policyholders an avenue for recourse, should they have issues pertaining to clinical matters involving Integrated Shield Plan (IP) claims.

Scope Of Services

The CCRP accepts requests from parties who agree to seek a final and binding determination of their dispute. Please note that there is no avenue for appeal on CCRP’s outcome.

The dispute must be of clinical nature and related to a claim under an Integrated Shield Plan (IP). Parties must also show prior attempt(s) at resolving the dispute with each other.

CCRP Panel hears only Cases from the below Parties that fall within the following scope:

IP Policyholders (Patients)
Medical Practitioners & Institutions
